Modular | Floats

VersaDock has five float modules to choose from to fit every application.

  • Single Full Float
  • Double Full Float
  • ‘V’ Float
  • Single Low Float
  • Double Low Float

All of our components are NATO-codified and certified to ISO 9001All our floats are manufactured as Blow-moulded Modules.

We use a high molecular weight High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE). We are also able to source, if required, recycled HDPE and use this in our products, minimising our impact on the environment. HDPE has been selected for its toughness and durability. We add Ultra Violet stabilisers offering a very high UV resistance. Our materials are to food-grade standards ensuring that they will not damage the environment and are always safe to use, even on drinking water reservoirs.

Versadock standard float colours are grey as illustrated. Many other colours are available.

Single Full Float

The single full float allows the flexibility to configure any desired shape of pontoon or dock. Our unique service channel allows you to run water and/or power through you dock and can also be used as a security device linking all the floats together in a secure way.

Weight: 6.5kg (14 1bs)

Dimensions: 483mm x 483mm x 390mm (19″ x 19″ x 15.5″)

“V” Float

Our patented ‘V’ Float allows you to store your boat, RIB or PWC clear of the water and therefore dry. This allows your asset to remain free from weed growth, barnacles and worms. It eliminates the need to ‘anti-foul’, which reduces costs and helps protect the marine environment. Clean boats use less fuel which again reduces costs and means your boat is faster through the water.

Based on our single float, the drive on ‘V’ Float is immensely strong and, as it has no moving parts, is maintenance free. Based on our single float, it also saves space compared with other products on the market and therefore offers the commercial user a better return on investment.

Weight: Weight: 6.5kg (14 lbs)

Dimensions: 483mm x 483mm x 230mm (19″ x 19″ x 9″)

Double Full Float

The double full float has been designed to increase the stiffness and strength of the pontoon while reducing the time it takes to assemble a pontoon or dock.

Our unique service channel allows you to run water and/or power through you dock and can also be used as a security device linking all the floats together in a secure way.

Weight: 11.5kg (25 1bs)

Dimensions: 966mm x 483mm x 390mm (38″ x 19″ x 15.5″)

DOUBLE LOW FLOAT

Ideal for use for applications where low water clearance is an advantage for example swimmers, rowers and canoeists OR Stand up paddleboards. It can also be used to create slipways for floating boat parks.

As a working platform, it also gives the user better access to the waterline while still maintaining the excellent stability of all VersaDock products.

Our unique service channel allows you to run water and/or power through your dock. Manufactured from high-quality HDPE, our floats contain UV inhibitors and have been tested in the most rigorous of environments.

SINGLE LOW FLOAT

The single low float allows the flexibility to configure any desired shape of pontoon or dock when used in conjunction with the double low float. Just like the double low float, the single low float is ideal for use for applications where low water clearance is an advantage for example swimmers, rowers and canoeists. This float is made from a V float simply flipped upside down and has our custom tread on the surface to match our other floats.

Z SERIES FLOAT

Our patent-pending system is the only adjustable roller system offering both keel rollers and height-adjustable side rollers allowing for the widest range of hull forms to be accommodated securely. The unique central float design can be removed entirely to facilitate keel boats or ski boats. This removes the need for antifouling hulls and improves accessibility.
